Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. kl108 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If kl108 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

Residency: You must be an individual physically located in a jurisdiction in which accessing kl108 is not prohibited by applicable law. kl108 primarily serves players residing in Indonesia and accepts registrations from Indonesian residents subject to these Terms.

Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal incapacity, guardianship, or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

Single Account: You must not hold, and must not have previously held, any other Account on the kl108 platform. Opening a second Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Own Account: You must be registering and operating the Account on your own behalf and in your own name. Accounts operated on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.

Exclusion Lists: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement on the kl108 platform or any voluntary exclusion scheme to which kl108 is a participant.

Required Information: Registration requires a valid username, password, full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. kl108 may also request your Indonesian national identity number (NIK from KTP) for verification purposes.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kl108 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kl108 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

KYC Verification: kl108 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or an Indonesian passport. Acceptable proof of payment includes a screenshot or statement showing your name and bank account number for the payment method linked to your Account.

Verification Timeframe: Players are typically required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal or upon reaching cumulative deposits of Rp 10.000.000. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a formal request may result in Account suspension.

False Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Deposit Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kl108 will reject deposits originating from third-party accounts and may return such funds, less any applicable third-party processing fees, to the source.

Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. If the original method is no longer available, kl108 may request alternative verified payment details in your name.

Withdrawal Processing: kl108 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated above. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri and Idul Adha), or where additional verification is required.

Maximum Withdrawals: Standard accounts are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of Rp 50.000.000 per day and Rp 200.000.000 per week. VIP-tier accounts may be subject to elevated limits as communicated by their dedicated account manager.

Withdrawal Conditions: kl108 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (i) the Account has not completed KYC verification; (ii) there is an active fraud investigation relating to the Account; (iii) the withdrawal would result in a negative Balance after accounting for pending settled bets; or (iv) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Player or their payment provider.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount) will be specified in each offer's individual terms.

Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. As a general guide: sportsbook wagers and live casino table games contribute 100%; RNG table games and video poker contribute 10%; slot games contribute 100% unless otherwise noted. Crash games and specific excluded titles may contribute 0%.

Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within 30 days of being credited, or whose wagering requirement has not been met within 30 days, will be forfeited automatically without notice.

One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the prior bonus and its associated wagering progress.

Abuse and Collusion: kl108 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, use of automated software, or any other activity designed to exploit a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

Seasonal Promotions: kl108 may offer enhanced odds, reload bonuses, and cashback promotions tied to Indonesian cultural occasions including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are subject to limited availability and are offered at kl108's sole discretion.

Bet Acceptance: kl108 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on markets suspended due to a technical error, odds error, or the commencement of an event.

Palpable Errors: Where odds or game parameters are published in error (a "palpable error"), kl108 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Balance, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. kl108 will notify affected Players via their registered email address.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per product, as displayed within the platform interface at the time of placing the bet. kl108 may adjust stake limits for individual Accounts or market categories at any time.

Technical Disconnection: kl108 is not liable for bets lost or interrupted due to internet disconnection, device failure, or technical issues outside of kl108's direct control. Where a kl108 server-side error is confirmed to have caused a game to malfunction, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned.

Sportsbook — Mix Parlay and Voor Bola: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are subject to the specific market rules displayed within the Sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between general and sport-specific rules, sport-specific rules prevail.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kl108 content.

Game content, RNG software, and live-stream feeds are the intellectual property of their respective studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and are licensed to kl108 for delivery to end users. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or screen-capture of live dealer streams for commercial purposes is prohibited.

No Warranty: The kl108 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kl108 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Exclusion of Indirect Losses: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kl108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Cap on Liability: kl108's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that kl108 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of wagering on the platform. You accept that it is your sole responsibility to determine your own risk tolerance and to gamble within your personal means.

Closure by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting kl108 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance (after deducting Bonus Funds and any amounts owed to kl108) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Closure by kl108: kl108 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (i) a breach of these Terms is identified; (ii) kl108 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering; (iii) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or (iv) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Effect of Termination: Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by kl108 — all Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are immediately forfeited. Real-money Balances will be handled as described in Clause 11(a), except where forfeiture is a consequence of a breach under Clause 7 or Clause 3(e).
